Principaux thèmes de recherche/Main research interests
Mes recherches portent sur l’articulation entre droit, action publique et transformations contemporaines des systèmes d’inégalités liées au genre et au handicap, à partir de méthodes qualitatives. J’ai travaillé successivement sur les politiques du genre et les politiques du handicap, avant de m’intéresser à l’articulation entre ces deux systèmes d’inégalités (notamment dans le cadre de deux projets sur les quotas comme instrument d’action publique et sur les politiques de l’emploi et leur réception). J’ai mené plus ponctuellement une recherche sur la médiation institutionnelle. Enfin, j’ai investi la réflexion en évaluation des politiques publiques, notamment à partir d’un intérêt pour l’apport des méthodes qualitatives pour l’évaluation et d’une réflexion sur la réception des politiques publiques par les individus qu’elle ciblent.
My research explores the interplay between law, policy/politics and the contemporary transformations of systems of inequality linked to gender and disability, based on qualitative methods. I have worked successively on gender policies and disability policies, before taking an interest in the articulation between these two systems of inequalities (notably with two projects on quotas as a policy tool and on employment policies and their reception). More occasionally, I have conducted research on institutional mediation. Finally, I have invested the field of policy evaluation, particularly from an interest in the contribution of qualitative methods for evaluation, and a promoting the study of the reception of public policies by the individuals they target.
